Originally, Cr3X inc. was the grinding and hard chrome plating department within the walls of Savik Super Chrome inc., more than 30 years ago.

In 1995, Savik Super Chrome inc. owners decides to move the department to a new building better adapted to the growing requirements. By the same token, two new shareholders joint the management team.

Since 1999, Cr3X inc. has become a separate entity which is totally distinct and detached from Savik Super Chrome inc., a chrome plated steel bar manufacturer catering to the hydraulic cylinder market.
